I contacted Green Valley Smiles as an emergency patient after breaking a piece of my tooth, and they were able to schedule me for the very next day, on a Sunday afternoon, no less! I received a text and email with a new patient checklist, which I easily completed through their online portal. Check-in was simple and welcoming. While I waited for less than five minutes!, I read a flyer with fun facts about my dentist, including her educational background and accomplishments, such a nice personal touch. The entire visit was professional and efficient. The X-rays were quick, painless, and done with high-tech equipment. The office is exceptionally clean and organized, and it’s clear they value their patients’ time. They even tested my saliva and gums and provided the results in a kind and respectful way. I was given clear treatment options for my current issue, along with recommendations for future care. I’m genuinely happy I found this office. It’s not often you feel heard, respected, and well cared for all in one visit!
